What information do I need to make a reservation with TriBeca Limo & Car Service.?

Please provide Pickup Date and Time, Phone number with Email address, the passenger(s) name(s) and how many passengers there will be, the pickup and drop off locations, your contact information, flight information (if any), and form of payment. If there are any special travel needs, a child seat or accommodations or a specialty car like SUV or a VAN etc.

For recurring service at TriBeca Limo can we open an Corporate or a Personal Account.?

We offer multiple ways in reservations and in billing acceptance to assist our clients and passengers.

For multiple users or use or recurring service you are welcome to establish a Corporate or a Personal account.

For single use you are welcome to use our service for single time.

Are TriBeca Limo chauffeurs and vehicles available on an hourly-hire basis.?

YES, we do provide hourly-hire services. Please email or call us for hourly rates and our minimum requirements in other cities outside the immediate Orlando, FL or New York City Tri-State area.

What is Meet and Greet & Outside/ Curbside pickup.?

Meet & Greet: When the driver parks the car and meets you inside the airport with a sign, and assists you with your luggage to the vehicle. For international flights driver will meet & greet at the exit of customs, for domestic flights the driver will meet & greet at the baggage claim.

Outside/ Curbside: The driver will meet you outside the Airport Terminal at the designated passenger pickup area.

What should I do once I land at the airport.?

Please call us once you collect your luggage at the baggage claim area. If you arrived on a domestic flight and you have added meet and greet to your trip, your driver will be waiting in the baggage claim area. If you are arriving from an international flight and you reserved a Meet & Greet service, the driver will be waiting at the exit of customs with a Welcome Name Sign. For all curbside pickups please call us upon collecting your luggage and make your way to the passenger pickup area. If for any reason you can not locate your driver please call us.

How will I know if my ride has arrived or who is my chauffeur at airport baggage claim.?

At a pickup address when your requested vehicle will arrive please look for TriBeca Limo sign before getting into a vehicle.

At the Airport your driver will be holding your name sign, which will make it easier for you to find him. The "meet and greet" is a great way to be welcomed by our company.

Can I book a ride for someone else and pay using my credit card.?

Yes your are welcome to do so.

I have oversized luggage, do you allow baggage or oversized luggage inside the car.?

No, we do not allow baggage or oversized luggage inside the vehicles the large or oversized luggage will damage the interior of the vehicles. As per company policy, if you are traveling with more than three large or oversized pieces of luggage, it is recommend that you book a SUV or a passenger van. (We have a large selection of vehicles; please call us for more help)

Do you offer document or package handling?

Yes we offer document or package handling is always a priority service.

Lost & Found I lost an item in one of your vehicles, how can I get it back.?

Please check to make sure you have all of your personal belonging with you before you exit the vehicle. If you do discover that you have lost or forgotten an item, please call our office. if the chauffer finds the item, you can pick it up or we can drop it off at the location of your choice for a charge. We are NOT responsible for ANY lost or misplaced belongings.

Will I or we get a call when the ride is onsite or at the location.?

Yes, we will contact you or the passenger, But It is up to you or the passenger to be ready to board the vehicle at the scheduled time to avoid any waiting charges. Please call us if you have any difficulty locating your ride.

What is your credit card processing procedure.?

We take an authorization on the card to guarantee fund availability 24 to 48 hours prior to your trip, it will show as a pending transaction. The authorization amount is usually higher than the expected charges in the event you decide to make additional stops or if you unexpectedly change your destination. We will then charge the correct amount to your card after your trip is completed or any extra charges or added service will accrue on a secondary charge. For all Stretch Limousine and Specialty vehicles a deposit will be charged when making a reservation.

How can I get a receipt.?

All completed rides receipts are sent by email.

Do you allow or permit smoking or drugs in your vehicles.?

NO, the US DOT and Taxi and Limousine Commission prohibits smoking and drugs use in all US DOT and Taxi and Limousine Commission licensed vehicles.

What are TriBeca Limo cancellation policies.?

Cancellation Policy All Limo, Van, Coach reservation must be cancelled before 7 days of the pickup day and time and all Sedan and SUV reservations must be cancelled 48 hours before the pickup day and time if I fail to do so my reservation(s) is (are) not cancellable / not refundable. Cancellations that occur at less than these time frames will result in a charge of the full fare plus any applicable tolls. ***For special events (weddings, proms, sweet sixteen, new years, graduations, any special events, etc.), the cancellation fee is 25% if cancelled after the reserve date, and 100% if cancelled within 2 weeks of the event date. Any change to a reservation that occurs at less than the time frames or other stipulations set forth above will be deemed to be a cancellation of the original reservation and will result in the imposition of the applicable cancellation or modification fees. The cancellation and other fees set forth above also apply in the event the passenger is not available for his/her scheduled pick-up (no-show).
